Defence Military Training and Cooperation (DMTC) / Regional WPS Conference (Kingston, Jamaica, 2025): Joined DMTC as Expert Lecturer and Game Master to deploy an interactive serious game during Canada’s inaugural WPS Regional Conference; enabled Caribbean defense forces, security personnel, and government officials to operationalize human security.

 

PRE-DEPLOYMENT:

In coordination with their GENAD, I designed and delivered specialized International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and Gender Focal Point (GFP) modules for the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) in 2024 and 2025, establishing clear boundaries for legal compliance, targeting ethics, and operational command structures.

 

Developed and delivered high-stakes pre-deployment modules on IHL-WPS linkages, operational ethics, and intersectional risk analysis for personnel deploying into active conflict/crisis settings as part of the Multinational Security Support (MSS) deployment for CARICOM nations in 2025.
