Bridging Transformative Learning and Real-World Execution.
For nearly two decades, my work has helped define the intersection of strategic communications, executive advisory, and multilateral transformative learning solutions across the Western Hemisphere.
Operating within complex, high-stakes defense and diplomatic environments, I have served as a trusted advisor to senior institutional leaders, translating intricate security, legal, and policy frameworks into decisive action and high-impact communications.
Pioneering Strategic Communications: Designed and produced the first podcast series in U.S. Professional Military Education (PME), establishing a modern roadmap for institutional storytelling and strategic engagement across U.S. Combatant Commands, the U.S. Joint Staff and Inter-American PME.
Institutionalizing WPS Across the Hemisphere: Served as the inaugural Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Advisor at the Inter-American Defence College and Gender Focal Point across U.S. Southern and Northern Commands, directly aligning U.S. defense priorities with the Organization of American States (OAS).
Multilingual Frameworks & Strategy: Spearheaded four-language institutional change initiatives and led high-stakes live interpretation strategies for global heads of state and multilateral leaders.
In an environment often crowded with surface-level commitments, my practice is designed for tangible, operational resilience.
